Well, you've done it again! Surpassed our
expectations, that is.
Your opening keynote presentation for our
annual conference this fall was a true highlight. Those who heard
you the year before were as impressed as ever, and those who heard
you for the first time were blown away. Your ability to dig into the
heart of what's happening in our industry is amazing. You are a
master at tailoring your remarks and your examples and your
suggestions to the attendees' needs. And somehow, you are able to
offer thought-provoking ideas that are outside the box" while at the
same time being right on the mark in so many ways.
I was also very impressed and quite
pleased with how you took so much of what the industry speaker
before you said and wove it into your remarks, especially since you
had no prior details of her presentation. You made it look like a
master stroke of genius on the part of the planning committee, when
in fact it was your ability to listen and synthesize and elaborate
on the spot that made it dovetail so wonderfully.
I'll close by simply saying that your
presentation was again superb and a complete hit, and you and your

Dear Keely:
I am returning 1,100 of the Warp Speed
Pocket Coaches that were not used at the recent AMRA Symposium in
Washington, D.C. Since we didn't put them in the attendee packets in
advance this year, we needed far fewer, Please refimd AMRA for the
returned materials. Full payment for the original order is on its
way to you, if you haven't already received it.
Rick was outstanding again, and received
rave reviews. I'll send you any evaluation comments we find that are
specific to Rick's presentation. I believe Brian Palmer of National
Speakers Bureau has already placed a hold for next year. September
27, 1999, in Reno, Nevada. The Program Committee will decide at its
December meeting what they want to do for the keynote presentation
in 1999.

Thank you for helping to make the NAMM
2001 International Music market the biggest and most successful in
NAMM history. This year was also NAMM's Centennial and we had
guests from 96 countries represented with the over 65,300 people
attending this year's show.
Thanks for doing such a great job for our
opening keynote. The attendee feedback was outstanding!
You delivered a powerful and focused message for all to take back
with them. The issues you addressed in your seminar are some
of the most critical facing dealers in this industry today.
The great attendance and the high ratings you received certainly
proved that.
I was also very impressed with how
specific and targeted your program was to our industry. You
obviously did your homework well and truly researched what our
issues and concers are. Your message was simply right
on!
So again, thank you for helping to make
this the best show ever and for helping dealers around the country
(and the world!) do a better job of running their
